How is my meat delivered?
In accordance with health regulations, meat is delivered in a refrigerated van kept at less than 8C.
If you are not home, we will leave it an esky provided by you or you can purchase a reusable cooler
bag from us in advance.

Which suburbs do you deliver to?
We are currently delivering to Adelaide’s North Eastern suburbs. To check if you can get home delivery, click here.

Can I collect my order?
Yes of course, our opening times are;

Monday7am – 6pm
Tuesday7am – 6pm
Wednesday7am – 6pm
Thursday7am – 8pm
Friday7am – 6pm
Saturday7am – 5pm

Is there a minimum amount I must order to have my meat delivered?
Yes, it is $50. Delivery is $7 for any order under $100 and FREE if you order $100 or more.

How do I pay?
We accept a variety of payment options for our customers’ convenience: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, JCB and PayPal Express Checkout via the secure PayPal portal. It’s quick and secure and you don’t need a PayPal account.

Feel safe and secure in the knowledge that your credit card details are sent using high level encryption over a trusted payment gateway. At PayPal, they work 24/7 to help safeguard your privacy and protect your identity. When you make payments through PayPal, your financial information is never shared.

What if you don’t have all my order?
In the unlikely event that we’re not able to fill part of your order, we’ll call you as soon as possible to discuss the best option to meet your needs.

Is there a discount for large orders?
We’ll gladly give a 10% discount for every order of $150 or more.

What are the different grades of meat?
Yearling beef is the best (youngest and tastiest) beef you can buy. Valley Butchers distributes grass
fed beef which is highly marbled for flavour and aged for tenderness ensuring a superior product in every way.

Why is Valley Butchers so affordable?
Valley Butchers has built a strong customer following over 8 years. As we already distribute quantities of highest grade Australian-grown product, the Internet provides a ‘virtual shopfront’ allowing us to pass the savings on to our valued customers.

Is it OK to freeze meat?
Absolutely. As long as you freeze the meat before its use by date and defrost it within 3 months,
it will maintain all of its flavour and nutrients.

Returns and Replacements
As part of our customer satisfaction guarantee, we will happily refund 100% of the product purchase price due to a manufacturing or processing error on our part, or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our product. We will not refund any delivery or service charges (if any). For a full refund, you must return no less than 90% of the product to Valley Butchers, Shop 1, 1220 Grand Junction Road, Hope Valley with proof of purchase.

How we prepare and pack your order
We always prepare your products to your exact requirements, if we are unsure of your request we
will contact you to clarify. We will always over-weigh your products to make sure you get what you
paid for, and a little more. We avoid using excess packaging to help reduce our costs and our impact
on the environment.

All orders are freshly cut just before they are delivered. When you visit our store, you’ll notice that
we don’t display trays of steaks and chops. That’s because we cut everything fresh to your exact specifications to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
